It has been spoken that our bodies are a temple. But the correct explanation is our bodies are the Temple of God. Here's how to make sure that you are doing your part to maintain your Godly Temple:

(1) Get plenty of rest

(2) Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep at night

(3) Drink clean water daily. At least 7 glasses daily

(4) Exercise (be sure to consult with your doctor before starting any regimen) for at least 20-30 minutes per day...3-4xs per week

(5) Know when to say "Enough" and then stop
